Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 solutions
- Configure entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and dashboards
- Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript customizations
- Perform integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM application issues and performance concerns
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure best practices, security standards, and code quality are maintained
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform components
- Experience with CRM plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and system integrations
- Experience with custom entities, forms, views, and reports
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setup
