Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Adobe Analytics tracking across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain tracking strategies using tools such as Adobe Launch or DTM.
- Create and manage Solution Design References (SDRs) and data layer specifications.
- Build custom reports, segments, and calculated metrics using Analysis Workspace.
- Analyze web traffic and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B test analysis and campaign performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate and consistent data collection.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst).
- Proficient in Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, web metrics, and digital marketing performance.
- Experience working with tag management systems (Tealium, GTM, Ensighten, etc.).
- Skilled in using debugging tools (Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Adobe Debugger, Omnibug).
- Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, actionable insights.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or other web technologies is a plus.
