We seek a Senior Business Analyst with robust experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Azure. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working directly with executive stakeholders and development teams to deliver integrated analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and documentation of complex business requirements, aligning them with technical deliverables.

• Design comprehensive Power BI dashboards, Power Apps solutions, and automated workflows utilizing Power Automate.

• Ensure seamless data integration from sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SAP Cloud, and Azure.

• Collaborate with developers and architects to define best practices and standards.

• Act as an SME, providing technical and functional guidance to teams and stakeholders.

• Drive process improvements and advocate for automation and optimization in data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of business analyst experience in IT projects or data-driven environments.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint.

• Proficiency in SQL and Azure DevOps and familiarity with Azure cloud solutions.

• Ability to translate complex technical information to business stakeholders clearly and effectively.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
